2023 Nebraska Credit Union League Political Action Outstanding Fundraising Award: Awarded to the top three credit unions that raise the highest amount funds for the Political Action Committee (PAC), Nebraska Energy Federal Credit Union received the award as a result of staff contributions. Political Action Committee's purpose is to elevate the voice of credit unions on Capitol Hill and in the Unicameral by supporting political candidates that champion credit unions. These contributions offer continued support of the Credit Union Movement. 

2023 Nebraska Credit Union League Capitol Club Silver Award: This award is given to a Credit Union who demonstrates outstanding member grassroots involvement.  

2022 CUNA Benefits of Membership Award: Recognizing credit unions that offer exceptional financial value to their members in the form of benefits. Credit Union's that showcase exemplary value are recognized for their achievements.

NEFCU is proud to announce the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) has awarded Nebraska Energy Federal Credit Union a seventh Benefits of Membership Award. Nebraska Energy was ranked third in the nation in the asset range of $100 million to $500 million, delivering a direct benefit of $800 per member household.
