We are celebrating Youth Month!

 NEFCU invites our young members (12 and under) to participate in our 2026 Youth Month coloring contest! 
All entries will be entered into a random drawing for one of five $50.00 cash prizes to be deposited into a
Nebraska Energy Federal Credit Union savings account.

• Child must be a member of NEFCU. Not currently a member? No problem - parents or guardians can open a minor account by clicking here. 
• Coloring contest is open to youth ages 12 and under.
• Limit one entry per child.
• Entries must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of the minor participant.

April is Credit Union National Youth Month

Every April, credit unions across the nation focus on educating youth about financial health. National Credit Union Youth Month is a wonderful opportunity to start teaching children good financial habits. It is never too early to begin providing children with the knowledge that will help them thrive as adults. Below are a few tips to help children and young adults make smart money decisions:

Consider opening a savings account. NEFCU offers minor accounts, where they will earn a competitive dividend rate.
