Keep in mind that many security issues can be prevented by using common sense. We encourage members to be responsible and to take the appropriate precautions to protect your account information. In addition to the security features Nebraska Energy Federal Credit Union has put in place, here are some tips you can take to keep your information secure:
  • Passwords are critical to the security of your account. Never share your User Logon or Password.
  • Passwords should contain a random combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.
  • Maintain active and up-to-date antivirus and security system protection.
  • Never bank or shop online using computers at kiosks, cafes, unsecured computers, or unsecured wireless networks.
  • When exiting an online or mobile banking session, always use the Log Out function.
