NEBRASKA ENERGY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION introduces "WebPB" a revolutionary new way to access your account 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

WebPB offers convenient and secure account access. From your personal computer with an active Internet connection - you can download daily account information, transfer money between your accounts, view account history, request a withdrawal by check and numerous other transactions.

BEST OF ALL.....it's FREE!!!

That's right! WebPB is a FREE service to our members. Contact the credit union today so you can take advantage of this extraordinary service. We will provide you with the personal account access information necessary to start managing your money the WebPB way....with your index finger.

You can also sign up for our Free Bill Payer Service. Pay your bills online quickly, safely and without postage costs.  

ATTENTION WebPB USERS

We will be updating our online account access technology to include Multi-Factor Authentication. This is intended to provide you with the best security possible when accessing your account online. Multi-Factor Authentication consists of validation and authentication of an individual using more than one method of verification.

While the chances of identity theft or monetary loss are slim, there does exist active malicious entities on the Internet that look to fraudulently gain from unsuspecting individuals. One of the most popular methods of fraud is through impersonating individuals during the login process. It is our intention to make this process as difficult as possible for these fraudsters while keeping your experience as hassle-free as possible.

Along with the Account Number and PIN, you will be required to do the following: Example: The first time you login you will be presented some "Challenge Questions". You must answer these questions and remember how you answered. You will be presented one of these questions on subsequent logins and you must answer the same way to gain access into your account.

ONLINE BILL PAYER - Pay Bills with the click of a Mouse!!!

Online Bill Pay is conveniently located on our web site and on WebPB.  Click on the Bill Payer Link and log on.  For each bill you intend to pay through the online bill pay site, set up the account information for the merchant to be paid.  When you received your bills each month, for example your electricity or water bill, simply log on and enter the amount you owe.  That's it!

We will send an electronic payment to the merchant if they are set up to received them.  If the merchant is not set up to receive electronic payments, a check will be printed and sent to the merchant for you.  You don't have to spend money on checks or stamps and you save time.

With online bill pay you will experience many benefits including:
A simplified life.  On average, people spend three days a year just paying bills.  Paying bills online can save you time.
Easy bill paying. You don't have to hassle with writing checks, buying stamps or mailing bills.  All that is taken care of for you.
Save money.  With the cost of stamps, if you pay 15 bills a month by mail, you will spend approximately $70.00 per year on postage alone.  Add this to the amount it costs to order new checks. Paying bills online can help your savings add up......and best of all .....it's free!! 


ONLINE CHECK IMAGING

Members needing a copy of a check can view their canceled checks online - anytime. ONLINE CHECK IMAGING is accessible via WebPB.

  • Log on to WebPB (Enter account number and PIN)
  • Click on share draft account history
  • Click on check number you want to view
  • "Share Transaction Detail" box pops up
  • Select "Image"
  • A copy of your canceled check will appear

NOTE: checks converted to an electronic debit are not available for viewing on WebPB. You will see this more and more. A check is written and the merchant scans the check, asks you sign an authorization slip and returns your original check back to you. What has taken place is, the merchant has converted your check to an electronic item.  This may also take place when paying monthly bills such as credit cards and utilities.  Since the paper check never goes through the check clearing process, there is no image to archive.  Instead you will see a "LINE ITEM" on your statement notating the check number, dollar amount and merchant name.  We suggest any time a merchant gives you back your original check, the check be filed with your statement for future reference.


E - STATEMENTS

Members have the ability to receive their monthly statement(s) via e-mail. This feature allows you faster access to your monthly statement (usually on the first day of the month) and replaces any mailings via the postal service.
It may also aid in reducing the risk of Identity Theft by keeping personal information out of reach of mailboxes. If you would like to become an E-STATEMENT user, contact the credit union at info@ne-fcu.org or call us at 1-800-453-3913.
